Reiki Ring

For many years I’ve been wearing a Reiki Ring, an aquamarine (my birthstone) ring charged with Reiki, and if you don’t have one I highly recommend it for the following reasons….

First, it serves as a constant reminder of Reiki. Whenever I notice it it suggests that there is somehow I might be using Reiki to some advantage at the moment. And it usually doesn’t take long to figure out what it is…

Second, it assists in my healing work. Since the ring is charged with Reiki I merely turn it around on my finger, so the stone is facing the same way as my palm, and it adds the Reiki energy from the ring to the mix whether I am sending the healing to myself or to someone else.

Third, it can be charged and/or programmed in different ways. For example, if I charge it with the energy of the distance symbol it is quite effective in sending the energy as that is its “purpose”. It can also be programmed to send Reiki to a particular person or situation… so that all I have to do is channel the Reiki and it already knows where to go.

Fourth, the power of the gemstone (in my case aquamarine) is added to the mix. Rose quartz, crystals, amethyst, lapis lazuli, etc. all make very powerful Reiki Rings and their own personal energies are quite effective on their own.

If you don’t have a Reiki Ring, try it out with one of your rings (or pendants, necklaces, etc.). See if you don’t notice an increase in your Reiki frequency (and subsequently an increase in your Reiki abilities). Keep in mind they also make great gifts for your Reiki friends as well.

  1. I have an amethyst cluster that is always charged with Reiki, and I always have it in the room when I do Reiki… It was given to me by a friend when I moved across the globe, as it is said to protect travelers… Funny how I miss it when I forget to bring it with me on my trips, and how it can be sensed when it needs cleaning…

Reiki ring sounds very interesting, I had an amethyst ring that would be perfect for this, but I lost it in the sea, so I’ll have to get a new one… Gemstones usually respond well to me, and I often make all the gemstone pendulums in the store move just by putting my hand 4-5 inches below them…

    Thanks for a great idea!
