Hey Gang, I just ran across these Reiki cards and they look really cool! Recently I have seen decks of hypnosis cards, aromatherapy cards and even yoga cards that seem like excellent ways to bring a fun yet practical component into one’s spiritual practice. From the main site:

i’ve been considering getting a tarot deck myself, and the tarot has definitely played a key role in my teacher’s own personal development
i like this idea (taken from the site):
“That path may suggest some different directions to each individual user that is the reason I have purposely refrained from giving specific directions or interpretations. I feel it best to allow the individual to draw upon their own conceptions for direction.”
but this also hints that one requires a somewhat heightened sense of intuition to effectively use the cards (which i lack myself, as i tend to second guess myself…hence my own interest in tarot, lol, to aid me in developing a trust in my intuition)
but i guess i’m one to be skeptical of all things new until they are proven, and the tarot has been a part of our collective unconscious for a long time. but i know that cards just aren’t for everyone…
I went to the site and took a look at the cards….very interesting. It definitely could be a way of introducing some people to the Reiki energy and helping them to develop their intuitive powers (we all have them, whether we trust in them or not).
I have often jokingly called Tarot the gateway drug to energy healing, perhaps these could be the gateway drug to Reiki for some…..
