Here’s an extremely easy, versatile and powerful technique for Reiki Practitioners to get the summer rolling on the right track… I call it Spray-On Reiki.
All you need to do is fill a spray bottle with water and apply Reiki for 5-10 minutes. Use the power symbol or master symbol if its available to you for extra oomph <technical term>. The Reiki energies attach themselves to the water molecules and disperse through the air (or on your skin) essentially bringing Reiki to whatever it comes in contact with.
This can be used as a summertime spritz (feel free to substitute your favorite spritzing liquid instead of water, for example tanning spray, astringents, perfumes or colognes, etc.) My personal preference at the moment is to add Camphor, Peppermint, Eugenol and Eucalyptus Essential Oils to an alcohol base and spritz at will during the hot summer months in Japan. Adding a healthy quantity of Lavender Oil works wonders on Sunburns (used with water… not alcohol ๐ ouch!!! ). Just don’t forget to add the Reiki!!!
Most shops carrying Aromatherpy Supplies carry Hydrosols, or Floral Waters (Rose, Orange, Sandalwood, Jasmine, Spruce, Chamomile, Fir, Melissa, etc.) which are collected during the distillation process when making essential oils and these are wonderful room sprays… more wonderful when Reiki is added!!! They are great in Saunas and in the bath as well as deodorizing and anti-bacterializing both air and skin and are quite inexpensive. Give ’em a try!!! Just don’t forget to add the Reiki!!!

I’ve Reikied my hydrosols and it REALLY gives them an extra zip! (I find that the added Reiki ups the energetic vibration of the hydrosolย exponentially).ย Though I must admit that I’ve a tendency to Reiki just about everything……
