Reiki is extremely powerful and most helpful in the treatment of a variety of medical disorders, diseases, and ailments. Regardless of whether or not it is scientifically provable, and possibly due to its Quantum Nature, Reiki is so helpful that it is increasingly prescribed or recommended to patients by traditional medical doctors. This distances it a great deal from many other natural healing practices as most of these never receive endorsements or acclaim of any kind from the medical community.

Pregnancy is one of the times when Reiki can be most helpful and more and more doctors are now recommending it. My second child was in fact a Reiki baby (his name really is Ray, too!) and during my wifes pregnancy and straight through the delivery, Reiki was lurking. I can’t verify the pain intensity level as (thankfully) I was not the one experiencing it… but from my end it sure looked a loot less painful than the first time around… and indeed, my wife testified that it truly was (thankfully).

Achieving this required the maintenance of a completely stress-free environment which I achieved by keeping a Rose Quartz crystal fully charged with Reiki at all times. See my post on Reiki and Crystals for discussion of this application of Reiki healing, and during the delivery I put a few drops of Rose Oil on a tissue and kept it at her bedside. The result was that the entire delivery room had the pleasant scent of Rose Oil, and everyone in it was completely and utterly relaxed, including Ray, when he finally decided to join us. 🙂
