I believe the time is ripe for a Reiki Revolution. Perhaps Revolution is too strong a word for a spiritual uprising, but I believe it apropos. After all, a revolution refers to any change in society brought on by a deemed necessity, and I have the feeling that man is at a crossroads where he must either evolve or he will destroy himself, and I don’t believe I am the only one who feels this way.

The next step in mans evolution is in all likelihood of a spiritual nature and its time to stop thinking of what we could do and start thinking of what we should do. Even Mother Nature has taken a personal notice and has been giving us little subtle hints (earthquakes, typhoons, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, volcanoes, etc.) that we need to start paying attention to what’s going on around us or there may not be anything left to pay attention to. Man, by his own scientific achievement, has reached a critical juncture where its time to start acting responsibly with the level of sophistication achieved… or move aside and let a more responsible species have a go at it… there can be little doubt!!!

How Does Reiki Fit Into The Big Picture?

Reiki, by its spiritual nature, sees things from a non-detached, birds-eye point of view that makes it an ideal catalyst for the type of change that’s needed. Reiki is spiritual without being spiritual. Most people become involved with Reiki for the healing benefits, but once the physical, emotional and mental ills are successfully dealt with… the spirit awakens and for those who were guided to this spiritual awakening by Reiki, Reiki is there to continue the guidance into and through penetration of the spiritual realms. Once you’re on the Reiki path… you’re on the natural path of spiritual evolution.

The Next Step

So what is a revolution without revolutionaries? All Reiki Practitioners are in the right place for involvement in this so called revolution… although not all Reiki Practitioners will actively participate (i.e., become Reiki Revolutionaries), those that do will be helping mankind to take the next step in its natural evolution… those that don’t actively participate are still helping the cause by their passive involvement and passive acceptance of the change that they know is coming.

As Reiki Practitioners all we have to do to actively participate is to spread the word and spread the healing. If you encounter questions that you can’t answer direct them here (or to any other Reiki Revolutionary that is willing to have a go at answering them). This website welcomes any and all questions or comments and will soon be adding more authors to express things from different points of view as I don’t claim (by any stretch of the imagination) to have all the answers.

I encourage you to be active in your involvement with Reiki… it is far too important to leave to chance. In the end, I have little doubt that Reiki Revolutionaries (and other spiritual revolutionaries) will succeed in bringing about the change that is needed… but it will happen a lot faster with a little help from its friends.
