This is another fun little Reiki activity for one of those rainy days when you have nothing better to… I call it Reiki Ball, and you only need 2 to play (although more are certainly welcome).
To play Reiki Ball, two people stand face to face, an arm’s length apart. Both of you connect to the Reiki energy (however you’ve been taught) and one of you holds their hands about 5 inches apart and focuses on creating a “ball” of Reiki energy. The more intensely you focus and the clearer your Reiki channel the easier this will be… but any Reiki practitioner can do it. After you created your Reiki Ball, hand it to the other person who will then put their own Reiki energy into the Reiki Ball, and either hand it to the next person, or hand it back. After a while the Reiki Ball will grow in size and intensity and when it is the size you want and everyone is confident that they can feel the Reiki energy, you can take a step back and start throwing it, instead of handing it, to the next person.
This is a wonderful way to fine tune your Reiki sensitivity as well as increase your Reiki channeling ability. kind of makes you wonder if those kids throwing the imaginary ball know something we don’t. ๐
*** I will be announcing a contest soon that involves the practice of Reiju, so if you are not subscribed to the RSS feed for this blog, or do not check back on a regular basis I encourage you to do so, as this contest is not something you want to miss.
